I believe you are best served by upgrading to FM10.

You will need at MySQL 5.0 Community Edition in FM9.

Lol, completely irrelevant to this post, but does anyone else find the following somewhat funny:

I.e. the very vague description given to benefits of SQL... multiple times. It's like they're avoiding calling it a database lol.
