can the web viewer window frame an exact location on a web page through a script?

I would like filemaker to open the web browser in another window but my problem is that I need it to frame an exact location on a web page. If there is a picture on the web site always in the same location I would rather my users would not have to scroll the web page in the web view but instead have filemaker do the work and isolate a part of a web page. Is this possible? No scroll bars and it frames the exact location. If anyone has a sample of having done this I would appreciate seeing that.

I haven't tried this but you might try looking at the source code of the web page and figure out which IMG tag is displaying the picture. Then in your web browser you might try just calling only the image itself.

Might work.
