Would it not be nice if FM had fully dynamic layouts? Hide and show objects, set object length, set object position, conditionnal formating with calculated formating and so on.

Or just simply change the layout engine to a html 5 style layout with JS and CSS.

I'd like a pony. But I'm pretty sure FMI isn't going to give me one.

I wonder which one is more likely to happen…

FileMaker might not give it to you, but you can have it with a plug-in such as Fusion Reactor.
