lonesomejubilee Posted October 19, 2009 Posted October 19, 2009 Hello, This might sound like a silly question, but is there anyway to completely hide the bottom border where it shows the "browse", the percentage, and the toggle? I see you can 'hide' some of it, but I want it gone so the user does not have the option to toggle at all... Thanks. Vandy
bcooney Posted October 19, 2009 Posted October 19, 2009 Nope, you can't hide it unless you create a runtime and choose Kiosk mode. And I doubt you want a runtime (singleuser).
IdealData Posted October 19, 2009 Posted October 19, 2009 You can turn off the status panel by using a start up script and use the Show/Hide Status area, and "Lock" it in that mode. The browse/find/preview/layout modes are protected using account privileges where the menu commands are set to editing only or minimum. This removes the commands from the View menu, and consequently from the bottom right corner.
bcooney Posted October 19, 2009 Posted October 19, 2009 Actually, hiding the Status Toolbar does not remove the controls in the bottom LEFT corner.
