Making a calendar

I need a monthly calendar that I can type a persons name into. Nothing special just somethign where I can goto and put Jeremy day off and that would be it. I could have upto 10 people on one day. Just in one month.

This topic comes up from time to time. There are some example files and commercial products available. I would suggest that you search the forum for [color:blue]+Calendar +Events (use the pluses) also some of the sponors of FM forums have tip files, start with this one by SeedCode
