I'm using portals and within each there are some dropdown list behind edit box. The problem is the lists edit boxes do not refresh with the selected values in the list.

I've done a small camcast. So you can see by yourself.

Hey, nice movie. It looks like your value list is working since you get the pop up list to show up. The fact that no value shows up in the field makes it look like the relationship is invalid, e.g. it uses a match field that is a global or can't be indexed. I'd guess that you can't manually type an entry into the field either.

I'm not using any global values or calculation in this case.

The relationships go as follow

Reports[layout] --< Comparables[portals] --< Descriptions[dropdown] >-- Description_Values[textbox]

where "--<" is a one-to-many relationship

Just did a test script, but I get another problem. When I do a "Go to object", FM comes back to the previous object...
