Thanks for the reply bcooney.

Sorry the question again.

In Fm10 we have option to send a mail by SMTP.

Is possible to send the (Rich text)HTML mail by using SMTP?

I'm aware of that not possible to send the HTML

From the Filemaker.

Some time my friends are asked me whether it is possible to send the formatted text with bold / italic thru email from filemaker ?

Currently we can able to format the text from filemaker using the format toolbar. But I would like to know, whether the same formatting will work in email also ?

currently it is showing the text without formatting in emails ?

Any support is much appreciated!

Your question was already answered by Barbara.

FileMaker's SMTP email does not support Rich text or HTML. If you want it then you will have to use a plugin.
