March 22, 201015 yr Is there a way to create a table that logs all emails sent and can be sorted by relevance or recipient? Can I show this through a portal once the table is created? Any pointers on how start this?
March 22, 201015 yr I do this all the time. I have a table called Activities in most solutions I do. An email is a type of activity. The 360plugin captures data from the Activity record, and after it's sent, a Date Sent is set. All you need to do is also capture any foreign keys in the Activity record (PersonID, for example).
