I have a value list based on a related field, does anyone know of a way to add additional values to the value list that do not appear in the related field?

I tried creating a new calc field using the ValueListItems function and adding additional items to it but in order for it to work properly I cannot store the calculation so I cannot base a value list on the field.

in the table where belong the field for your value list ( YourField ), create a new field ( additional values ) and a new calculated field:

YourField & ¶ & additional values

Base the value list on this new field.
