I guess filemaker should remove the "30000" character limit in value list it should be unlimited hope my request will be processed

You will have more success if you explain why you need a value list with more than 30000 characters.

Generally that number of values ill be impossible to work with as pop-up menus, radio buttons etc. Other interface techniques are better such as filtered portals.

I guess 30,000 is the character lenght limit of value list name and not the value limit.

Ok, I found this "limit" by trying to paste 30,000 characters into the "Use custom values" box. I don't see this documented anywhere.

Anyway, even with an average of 50 characters per value, that would be enough for 600 values. Such list in 12-pt font would be over 3 meters (9'10") tall. And if you really think it could be useful, you can switch to a field-based value list.
