FM 6 to FM 9 Transition

I represent a small manufacturing company in New England. We are using FM 6 database as a business software to create customer orders, print work orders for production floor and invoice customers. Somebody started a conversion of DB from FM6 to FM9, but was not able to finish it.

We are looking for a developer to finalize that transition.
