how to change the background color of the layout?

Hi everyone,

This might be a very simple question, but I just couldn't figure out how to change the background color of my layout design? I tried to adjust all kinds of color in the pane, but none of it seemed to be related to the background color. Is "fill" the right one to look into?

Click on the label of the layout, where it says "Body" or "Header," and then select a fill color.

As in anything with FileMaker, first you have to select the thing you want to work with. In this case you have to select the layout part (body, or header, or footer, etc.). While in layout mode click once on the body object.
