Is there a way to hide the SuperContainer Server log window which is always open?

I don't believe there is a way to do that right now.

You can just hide the SuperContainer application... maybe I'm not understanding the question?

Running stand-alone mode (supercontainerserver.jar) you can hide or minimize the application window, which is what is showing the log.

If you install SuperContainer with FileMaker Server (installer.jar) it will run as a background process and will not show any UI on your screen. It will also launch when your computer starts up, rather than requiring a user to log in and launch the server application.

Hiding the window should work just fine.
