Ok...I've been staring at this way too long now I think. Could someone please look at the attached and help me with a few things I'm having problems with? I think it's pretty simple stuff I'm just clueless at this point.

It's still in the very early stages, I'm trying to make a database from scratch and I'm new to this so forgive me if it's a mess.

I would like to do the following:

1. Service Hours Entry Form - Why does the field for "Returns For:" look different from the others...like a shadow on bottom and right or something.

2. Service Hours Entry Form - on the portal - service name, why isn't it looking up the services? Do I have the look-up wrong?

3. I finally figured out a way to calculate hours thanks to help and suggestions from forum members. Thanks!! At the bottom of the form I have two fields, Total Overnights, and Total Hours. which is self explanatory, almost! I don't want it to add hours if service cancel or client cancel was checked. Although I want it to show the hours in the line itself. Is this possible? Basically with the information in those three lines I want the field at the bottom for total overnights to say 1, and total hours to say 19.

4. Other than that, I hope for the moment it's ok (under the hood) as I was told my last attempt looked nice but was messy under the hood due to using a template and changing the info to suit.

1.Your “Return For” field is a Pop Up field and the others are Edit boxes. That is why the are different.

2.I think you are looking for a Pop Up field here. See New Attached.

3.As for this one, I will see what I can find for you if you have not received an answer.
