How do I calculate turnaround time?

I am currently using FMP 3.0v4. I am trying to set up a report that will give me turnaround time of working days (mon-fri) on how long it takes to complete jobs. I've set up two fields and date in and a date out. Using these 2 fields I'd like to calculate the number of days. For example if a job comes in Thursday and out on Monday I'd like the result to be 3 days. Please let me know if there is a way of doing this.

Errr, why not just subtract the two dates?

BTW update to FMP 3.0v6 anything older is not Y2K compliant.
