Is FMP patched to 4.1v3? Is the TCP/IP networking on the computer configured correctly and working?

It is not patched to v3. The TCP is correct. The problem persists even when I install to a non-networked status.

After installing 4.1 on Win 95, it will not progress past opening screen. It will go to "TCP/IP" loaded successfully and then remains with a busy mouse sign forever.

I deleted the Fonts file that is mentioned in the "Read Me" file, but the problem persists.

Does anyone know if this is a glitch with a fix??
