Credit Cards - Is FMPro V SSL capable?

Does anyone know if FMP V is Secure Socket Layer compatable. Version IV wasn't according to "FileMaker and the www" book.

This would be helpful (necessary) in order to interact with some of the CC clearing software out there.

If not, has anyone implemented a CC application, how?
