Sub-summary Report

Featured Replies

I currently have a solution to track my employees' performance based on actual and theoretical data. I have created several report layouts using sub-summary parts and summary fields to create reports of the employee's summarized performance over a set timeframe. To accomplish this, I'm using the "getsummary()" function of actual and theoretical data and sub-summary parts to sort by employee name. Everything works like a charm. I'd like to add a field that summarizes ALL employee's performance (i.e. a group summary for a particular job) during that same timeframe, so that there is comparative data of the individual to the group. I cannot figure out how to accomplish this?

Let me know if you have any advice.

The question is not quite clear. Perhaps you could use the GetSummary() function with a different breakfield.
