Looking for customization work on a template (updated)

I'm currently working with a 501(3)c non-profit that uses FM Pro 11. They have no solution as of yet. I would like the RCC Donations template modified to meet their specific needs:

Layouts:

• Donations Data Entry

o Changes needed: Drop-down list with account numbers for

donations.

• Accounts Data Entry

o Changes needed: Modify for use as “account numbers” rather than

businesses.

Reporting (new reports):

• Donation Summary by Contact: A report for each donor summarizing the

total donations for the year. Contains a notes section for a custom message.

• Donation Summary by Account Numbers: A report for each account number summarizing

the total donations for the year. No notes section required.
