I am new to this forum, so please bear with me. I am hving a problem with accessing the layout menu dropdown list (the one above the graphical rolodex file). The button depresses, but no drop-down menu appears. I have made sure that the layouts are all checked--indicating that they are to appear in the layout menu. The only way to access the layouts is to be in layout mode, and to click page by page down the rolodex (or to use buttons that are included in layout screens). The data is stored on a network server. Other computers accessing this database do not have this problem. I have reloaded FM Pro on the computer in question with the problem remaining. Any suggestions for how to revive the layout drop-down menu?

You don't mention what platform you are working on. If it is a Macintosh perhaps you need to delete the FileMaker Preferences in the system folder. A reloading of the software might not refresh these. I do not know where these are stored in Windows.
