FM 3.x and Windows 2000 Pro compatible

I am sure this is old news...and I know upgrading to a newer version is the answer but...I am supporting a user with this older version...

Is FM 3.x compatible with Windows 2000 Pro?

any tricks to keep/make it compatible...keep it stable?

The only problem I have had with filemaker pro 3 on a win2k server is that when sharing filemaker with terminal services, only one person can use it at a time. Other than that, it seems to work well for me on win2k.
