Hi all

I am trying to work out how to add in a page to extend the layout of a report. Using the part setup up to create a sub summary, I find that a, I do not know what I am doing an b, when I do this, the text /fields above my new subsummary break whilst it appears in layout mode, doews not appear on the screen when I exit layout mode.

I think the problem is I do not know what field to relate it to so when it ask what table and field I should use I have no idea.

Try selecting the "allow part to break..." checkbox. Also, a sub-summary part won't display unless your records are sorted by that parts break field (the field you select when you define the part).
