Hi,

I have finally built a loop that does not leave me stuck (insert applause here).

I have a loop printing question, how do I get the script to go to the default printer without popping up a box for each record it finds.

Right now as an example, I have a found set of 22 students and each time the loop runs it pops up a box asking for the print options.

There has to be a way for the thing just to take off and find the default printer and print each record.

Check out the Print Setup and the Print script steps. You are able to specify the Print step with the option of "Perform without dialog". Mac's have the ability to choose a printer called "Any Printer" or something similiar. Windows does not, but it will use the default printer if the printer specified is not installed on that machine.
