Featured Replies

Hi, I'm using Filemaker Pro 11 and OSX 10.6.8. I'm trying to print all records being browsed, but the print dialog box I get doesn't offer me the choice. Here's what I see. Driving me mad! Anyone got the answer? Thanks.Philip

Hey

You just need to pick the 'Filemaker Pro' instead of 'Layout' menu in the middle

Click the reveal button next to the field that says Layout and select Filemaker Pro from the dropdown list. The option you want, plus other Filemaker options will be displayed.

I have similar problem.

I have selected "FileMaker Pro" in the center dropdown.

But, my print dialog insists on selecting :

Print: "Current Record"

I want to default to

Print: "Records being browsed"

Can this be done? If so, what is the script command?

Manually set the parameters in the print dialog. Then add the script step Print Setup[Restore; No Dialog] to your script just before the print command.

You can repeat this step (with different parameters) for each script, and FileMaker will store the correct parameters for that script.
