Filemaker Data Manager Needed - Toronto

North Island Graphics Media (www.northisland.ca <http://www.northisland.ca> ), publisher of Masthead, Graphic Monthly Canada and Design Edge Canada magazines and web sites, is looking for a creative, forward-thinking Circulation Manager to join the team. The new Circulation Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the custom in-house circulation marketing database, built on Filemaker, as well as manage the workflow of all circulation strategies including list rentals and e-mail marketing. This is a full-time, hands-on position that requires a passion for business-to-business circulation and an aptitude for Filemaker database management.

Skills and Assets include:

• Previous experience with circulation audits, CCAB/BPA and ABC

• Solid understanding of subscription databases

• Web savvy; strong computer skills with above average knowledge of Excel

• Previous experience in direct marketing / campaign management

• Excellent time management skills with an eye for detail

• Canada Post knowledge as applied to direct mail and publication mail

• Knowledge of html is an asset

• Knowledge of Filemaker Pro is an asset

• Knowledge of e-mail marketing and programs such as E-Mail Marketer is an asset
