April 30, 201213 yr Hi, How can I set a different custom color per Y series? Is it possible?? I did not see it but maybe I Missed something... Maybe there is a way to create your own set of colors... I show a temperature graph and I need to set a specific color per series.... tnx :)
May 3, 201213 yr Author Well, after playing around with it I found something that fits my needs and maybe it will help someone else. What I did is basically duplicated the chart as many time as I needed (10 times in this case). each chart was totally transparent with only on bar one it. each chart shows a different bar. One more chart on top (makes it total of n+1 charts) is to display the axes, numbers and popups - but here the bars are transparent! works great for me and allows me to use my own custom color set... I made it with FM12 but it works just the same in FM11 (except FM GO). tnx E. CustomChartColors.zip

April 22, 201312 yr Newbies Hi there! Didn't manage to open the file you've uploaded, both versions seem to be password protect. Appart from the file, I can't figure out a way to assign one color to one serie only. When you layer the charts you need to make sure they all use the same scale, don't you? For that reason all series need to be present in all charts, but only one being colored and all others being transparent; correct? Thanks for your help, Guy
