Dear All,

I just want to know, how to calculate XIRR using FileMaker.

XIRR is a function in excel which returns the internal rate of return for a schedule of cash flows.

In Briandunning, you will find a CF for IRR.

In IRR, you need to make a very small changed in that function, then it will work for XIRR.
