XIRR is a function in excel which returns the internal rate of return for a schedule of cash flows. 02-01-2006 200 01-02-2006 100 01-03-2006 100 03-04-2006 100 01-05-2006 50 01-06-2006 100 03-07-2006 100 01-08-2006 100 01-09-2006 150 02-10-2006 100 18-10-2006 -1247 0.3229227 (XIRR result) This is the result of excel file.
