I had the same problem There is a checkbox in the FileMaker Network Settings (Under File -> Sharing). Unchcek the "Don't display in Open Remote dialog" box. I had to take my files off the server to fix this. Hope that helps.

Well, it's not really a problem; it's an indicator of an option you have selected.

As smatin73 said, it means that the files are open and being served but are not set to show in the open remote dialog.

That may be exactly what you intended for some files.

Is there a reason this option isn't modifiable if the file is being served by FM Server Advanced 12?

You must set the option in each file BEFORE uploading to the FMServer.
