I have two separated databases on the server each have a script for the server to fetch email from IMAP with their own account.

Our goal is to have nearly up to the minute results so Database A and B I have the scripts fire off at 1 and 2 minutes respectively however occasionally i get errors where one or both scripts time out. And this is concerning as Script B isn't fetching any results yet because we haven't

launched that email out, once we do and there is any measurable volume they may impact the process.

What way would be the best option to have server fetch mail from two different accounts into two different databases, getting mail every 60 to 120 seconds?

some mail servers won't accept such frequent connections. maybe that's why they time out?

Are you closing the connection each time by calling EmailDisconnect? Not sure if this will have any affect but if the switch happens rapidly multiple times there would be a lot of open connections otherwise.
