I have a table with exactly 38 records and I don't want records added or deleted. I would like to protect against the user adding or deleting records in this table. Is there a way to do this?

You can create a privilege set for users which sets up custom privileges to prohibit creation of records in any table.

File-->Manage-->Accounts and Privileges

Privilege Sets

New...

Records-->Custom Privileges...
