Newbies Solo2010 Posted July 21, 2000 Newbies Share Posted July 21, 2000 I have been trying to print to an HP Laserjet 4L, but .eps graphics placed on the layouts print low res and white on black text fills in. I have discovered that there are known issues with FM and this printer, but does anyone know of a fix?

Does this work correctly with another printer? ------------------ =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Kurt Knippel Senior Filemaker Developer http://www.database-resources.com mailto:[email protected] =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
Vaughan
Only PostScript printers can print eps graphics at their full resolution: all other printers just render the encapsulated bit-mapped image, which as you have discovered is low resolution. No other choice but to get a postscript printer. Well, you could get a Postcript RIP but that's another kettle of fish...
