HTML form input to fmpro db

I would like to have a simple registration form on an html page. When the user clicks SUBMIT, I'd like to automatically create a record in a FileMaker Pro 5 database. We'll be sharing the database using TCP/IP, but I have no desire to put the database itself on the web.

My website is on a Linux server; the FMPro database is on a Mac.

This ought to be simple, but I haven't seen anything that explains how!

Thanks, kayvee

The form MUST be served via FileMaker's WebCompanion.

Or through WebConnector. Check regularly on www.filemaker.com for the Linux news.
