Sub Summary reports and printing

I am new to filemaker and I am even more new to subsummary reports so please bare with my two part question.

I have two tables:

Projects

Tasks

I have a screen layout to view a project project details but wanted something I could print and I want to do that with a print button. I created a new layout based on "Tasks" that makes use of a sub-summary and sorts by ProjectName. As of now the print button launches the "printable" layout in a new window and tasks are sorted by projects. So far so good.

I need the related project to be printed displayed in the new window, not the first record set. Trying to find the answer I found this technique:

Freeze Window

Find All

Omit Multiple [No dialog, 100000]

Find Omitted

Go to Layout [Printing Layout]

Enter Preview Mode []

Refresh Window

So my script is:

Show All Records

Omit Multiple Records [No dialog; 100000]

Show Omitted Only

New Window [Name: "Print View"; Height: 1; Width 1; Style: Document]

Go to Layout ["ProjectPrintView" (Tasks)]

Adjust Window [Resize to Fit]

Sort Records by Field [Ascending; Projects:tongue.pngName]

Enter Preview Mode[]

And... it doesn't work. Any ideas?

Secondly, the user won't have access to any toolbars and won't know that there are multiple pages of found sets. Is there a way to set the page numbers to print dynamically?
