Robtech Posted May 16, 2001 Share Posted May 16, 2001 Good Day All I have created a user tracking log for a site. It tracks every movement and action of the user. I used CDML and ScriptMaker to do this. It works quite well. I have been learning more on how bad it is to use scripts online. I have since been trying to create a solution with no scripts. Has anyone done this using FileMaker and CDML?? Thanx Rob PS. I am not overly concerned with using scripts for this site because there are only 40 users that would only access it maybe 4-5 times a year however I will be working on a project soon that has a lot more traffic and they want a tracking system. Anatoli Posted May 16, 2001 Share Posted May 16, 2001 FM has log. To see more of the movements, use INLINE. I've add this in 3 hours flat to the whole site created in version 4 (no Inline in 4). On each page there is small Inline code, which creates now record and fills that with ID, where the ID was (which page), date time etc. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
