Hi all,I am struggling to find a means of showing the notes against a particular portal record by scripting the field to show in a related table when a portal record is selected.

Affected Tables

Installations Table

Client Table

Notes Data table

Relationship that joins these tables is Client_No

While in the Installation Table, (Installations Contact layout), I want to create a note in a portal from the Notes Data table which dates the note and have a separate Notes Field at the side of the portal into which the notes are entered for the selected portal row. I then want to have the note relevant to the portal row displayed when a button is selected in the desired Portal Row.

Any help would be appreciated.

 

The attached file only has some fields and dummy data, the file is not scripted yet. It is unlocked
