Hope someone could help me on this : 

 

When clicking a simple button with "Send mail" script step, Filemaker says "Unknown error: -1".

This only happens on a client with Windows 7, FM 12v3, and Outlook 2010. All updates are applied for Windows and Outlook.

 

Same script works fine on Mac and on Windows XP clients. I have tried re-installing Filemaker but still get this message.

 

What could I try next ?

We had this issue.  In our case, the users couldn't right click on a file and do a send to/send email properly either.

 

We fixed by repairing the office install.

 

Control Panel/programs/programs and features/  

Find MS Office

 

Right Click, select Change

Select Repair.
