Hi all, is it possible to be emailed notification when a user logs in?

Yes, you could implement a script on opening the file that sends an email with users data, current time, and what ever else you might need. 

Or even keep it out of your solution altogether and use something that monitors the log files.  FMS keeps a separate Access.log (option to enable that is in the admin console).
