Automated Email Import

I am looking for a way to import email messages into my FM system as records.  I have a dedicated email account on my host that I'd like FM to monitor and every time a new message comes in, it gets added as a record.  Any thoughts on how to pull this off?

My goal is to log all of my customer communications via email by bcc-ing myself.

I've just started using 360Works Email plugin.  It would seem to have every function you're looking for and more.  I've just started using it myself, so haven't done a lot of work with it yet.  But I can say that my experience with other 360Works plugins has been extremely satisfactory (I'm particularly enamored with the SuperContainer plugin).

I've looked at their plugins before and they are impressive.  Unfortunately, times are tight and I'm hoping for a non-plugin solution, if possible.  Thanks for your suggestion.  It should work well, but FM12 already does many of the functions of the plugin and I'm hoping to find a way to do this task as well (if possible).

FM can't monitor a mailbox without a plugin.

The only alternative is to do coding on the email client side to push data into FM instead of FM pulling it.  That will require non-FM coding skills.  What kind of skills depends on what email client you want to use.
