FM Go solution 1 record, no input, How is this possible

Featured Replies

Hi Brand new here

I would like to make a filemaker file to become a filemaker go solution. ( I haven't made it yet) But before I do I was wondering how to make a solution that doesn't allow the user to add records in a given table, Enter data. I would like to have a script driven solution that I could control and use a webviewer etc.  I just want one layout and buttons to do things on one record. If I need to I can have records on another table that could be accessed, But I wanted to ask before I did too much without knowing how to set this up.

1 record, not able to delete or input from the user. Just use buttons to activate scripts.

It will be an educational peace. Not really a data driven file.

Thanks

This topic has been moved from "FileMaker Go for iPhone & iPad" to "Layouts".

With FileMaker Pro 11, you have to buy the FileMake Go application.

Since your question seems to be about development of the File, and you are covering a lot of different functions,  this Topic Area seems most appropriate.
