is there a way to convert the report to mac using a script

I'm not sure what "convert the report to Mac" means.  Filemaker files are compatible on Windows and Mac machines, they do not need to be converted. 

You will need to tidy your layouts up a little, because there are some differences you will notice in your fonts. Even the cross platform ones like Verdana, Arial, etc. are a little bit different.
