Is there a way to have more than one line and wrap text in field titles in table view? From what I gather I will have to change the height of all the cells in the table, instead of only the field titles, which is rather disappointing. 

From what I can see, you are correct. The only thing you can do is to go to Layout Setup, Views, Properties, and use custom row height. 

That's rather dissapointing tbh. 

I think you are not understanding the purpose of the Table View. Although it has been improved over the last couple of upgrades, it is still just a way of viewing your data. You should review these two Articles by FileMaker Inc regarding the differences in the views, Here, and Here

If you want to have a nice looking UI, i.e. beyond this, then you should create a List View in Layout Mode. Do not use the default List View, of your Form View, but instead, create a "New Layout/Report" and make it look like it belongs in your theme. For some examples, check out the List View that came with your themes.
