Need to strip blank lines in text variable?

Hi ya all.. peace to the world!

 

Problem

Each line a,b,c,d,e, etc  of my text variable is separate by return (13) character.

However some lines might come okay as completely blank     then end up printing blank lines.. on a large scale

 

input

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

BBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBB

 

DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD

EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

 

 

 

 

output look as:

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
