Hi All

I have a custom sound I wish to play at the completion of a script. The WAV file was placed in a global container within my "globals" table. At the point in the script where the sound would play, I have a Go to Field (Select;Perform) pointing to the global container, however the sound doesn't play, and upon further inspection the file doesn't show up when the db is accessed from a separate computer as I was under the impression the WAV file would be embedded. What could I be doing wrong?

Go to Gield won't cause the sound to play. I'm not on a computer right now, so I can't look up script steps. Is there a play sound script step? I'll look up script steps on my iPad and get back to you.

Thanks Rick. However I did see this thread and Comment suggested the Go to Field (select, perform) and I've already used that. If I'm directly on the global layout which contains the sound then it will play. It just won't play when it's referenced from another table.
