I forgot my full access login username and password. Is there anyway to recover it, or any workaround?

Try this to see if it works.  It may not.

 

Enter Admin as the account name and leave the password blank.  Does that allow you into the file?

I managed to remember my password. Thanks for the help anyways. :)
