Hello, not sure if this is the right forum part, sorry if not.

 

I am displaying a portal on a report but simply want to the portal to show the last 25 records, but currently it shows 25 records but starting from the very first record, so basically it shows the first 25 records, not the last.

 

Can anyone help please. Thank you

Perhaps you could simply sort the portal (or the underlying relationship) records in reverse order.

Hi comment, that was going to be my suggestion too,  until I realized that the OP is a beginner and needs to learn how to find  things in the help.

But they say they already have a portal ... ?

Yes they did, but apparently missed the part about sorting.

I moved your topi from "Relationships" to "Portals” because we have this Forum..
