Is there a way that I can synchronize my FM Starting Point file with a Bento?

Hello FileMaker Friend,

Here are some things you need to know if you are transferring data between FileMaker and Bento.
1. You may import records directly to FileMaker from Bento, BUT....
2. To import records to Bento from FileMaker you must first export the records from FileMaker as a Comma-Separated Value (CSV) file or as a Merge (MER) file. You may then import that CSV or MER file into Bento.

Additionally Bento is a discontinued product.  I do still get people to ask me about this periodically.   There is no seamless integration with this product.  - RC
