is there a way to run the script once i click perform find then it will sort the record. I try script trigger but i fail.

The simplest way would be to put a button on the layout make it perform a script with the minimum of of TWO script steps: "Perform Find" and then Sort Records.

I agree with GisMo but to explain on trigger ... it would work if you had your sort OnModeEnter and only selected 'browse'.
