Compatibility of a runtime solution created with FM 13 Advanced

In order to facilitate data collection in the field, I created a data collection stand alone app with FM 13 Advanced.   To distribute it to field agents, I created a Windows and Mac runtime solutions of the App.

 

Most of my agents run Mac OSX 10.7.x and above as well as Windows 7.   One of the agents however is having a problem running the app because she is on OSX 10.6.8.

 

Is there some kind of a workaround to make the app run on 10.6.8?   If I create the runtime solutions in FMP 12 Advanced, will that handle the problem?

I don't think recreating the runtime in version 12 will make a difference. I would encourage the person to upgrade to Lion, 10.7.

I haven't tested this myself but it should, because:

Note: you only need to create the v.12 solution for the one person; there's no need to downgrade the others.
