I have created an interface with a tab control panel. On my computer it looks like the DeveloperPC image. However, if my customers opens the file on his computer he sees the customerPC image. In other words he does not see the tabs on his screen. When he changes the zoom level to 150% the tabs appear. Any idea what can cause this behaviour??

Stab in the dark here - You might want to see if the diferences in OS between you and customer. Seems to be some small differences in presentation.. Also check for Filemaker version diferences.

Are both computers Windows machines, or is one a Mac?

 

Are both computers using v 11 and the most recent update.

Both are Windows machines. I use FMPA 13.0.4, customer FMP13.0.4. My computer has Windows 8, I will check what my customer has.
